Enough has been said about The Muska's sanity and choice of words (written and spoken)
so let's focus on the charges here. From what I understand he is facing FELONY charges for catching two tags on glass windows. Anyone who has ever painted on a window knows that you can clean it up in about five minutes with a razor blade...and maybe a little windex. This situation is ridiculous on all fronts.
